Monday's and Wednesday's 915-1015am.

Our group classes are led by expert trainers who will guide you safely to become stronger physically and mentally while having fun at the same time.


We make it super easy. Simply pick and choose a meal from our list to create your own plan. We are not about restriction here, just making easy and healthy choices.

Nutrition Plan

We pride ourselves on not only helping you to fall in love with fitness, get strong and feel happy. We create a community vibe and friendship within our group that will keep you coming back for more when the motivation wanes!

Community & Coaches

With our online class that is pre recorded so you can train at any time. This class changes each week so you get lots of variety.

Train At Home

Are there babysitters?

No, we set the babies and children up and we workout alongside them. You can pick your child up at any time, or tend to them. It is a very relaxed environment.

The babies are usually happy in their prams while mum works out, but the trainers are always up for a cuddle! The older children seem to make friends and enjoy playing with each other or eating their snacks.


You can expect amazing results in 8 weeks! Fat loss, muscle gain, increased fitness and confidence. You do not need to be fit to join.

What results can I expect?

You can sign up for the next term, and enjoy a few weeks break. OR you can join us as a member and access our regular classes during school holidays and when the mums program is on a break.
