Plus you should be able to do all of the things you like to do with less pain and discomfort.

Why 30 min small group training session?

The great thing about our workouts is that you don’t have to worry about it. You come in, workout, and you’re done! Very effective, not time consuming and you will continue to burn calories even after you’re done working out. Keeping the groups small allows us to address your individual needs, conditions and goals. So when we perform an exercise the YPB trainer will tell you the best way for you to do an exercise which might be different than how others in the group are doing the exercise.

If I am out of shape can I still do the program?

If you have health conditions then you NEED to do YPB. Proper exercise is the number one recommendation for almost all chronic diseases and conditions like osteoarthritis and hypertension. We will help you exercise safely and will individualize the exercises for you based on any pre-existing conditions

Does it include a nutrition plan too?

Yes, you will receive a 21 day meal plan with recipes, grocery lists and more.
