Hey there! My name is Molly Phair and I am a faith loving momma to 4 kids, 2 fur babies and wife to an amazing husband who puts up with all of my crazy! I am also a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I recently quit my full time job as a nutritionist in a clinic to dedicate all of my time to building my online practice. I work 1:1 with my Nutritional Therapy clients and Personal Training Clients in addition to teaching my Healthy Happy Whole Lifestyle System and nurturing my Healthy Happy Whole community.
From my own mess came my message and I am tirelessly passionate about helping other women become their own healthcare advocates and to never settle for feeling less than their best. I help success driven women lose the weight, balance their hormones, heal their metabolism and skyrocket their energy so that they can live their best life physically, spiritually and mentally!
During Molly's 20 Day Challenge I lost 4 lbs and a total of 6 inches. This January I entered menopause and the weight gain, hot flashes and anxiety really started bothering me. I no longer have hot flashes. I do not have that afternoon fatigue and brain fog anymore either. I feel more energetic and completely present with every person I encounter.
