Tony has a USAW Sport Performance Level 1 Certification. He enjoys working with adults of varying abilities, as well as in endurance and strength training. Tony has qualified and competed in the 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2017 Reebok CrossFit Games, Master's Division. Athletics has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. From Preschool foot races to the organized mainstream sports such as football, basketball, and baseball. Although I spent most of my adult life in the construction field, I have always stayed involved in athletics and fitness. My other job always paid the bills until I was able to pursue my dream and CrossFit was there for me.


Trina is a CrossFit Level 1 Coach. She started teaching group X classes and personal training in 1998. At the age of 30 Trina started running and from there she has finished over 5 dozen races and started a group running club which is now being coached by volunteers. In 2009 she started CrossFit. Trina is experienced in Crossfit Masters training and has not turned back since. Trina has her bachelor’s degree in business management, and will be pursuing her masters in nutrition. Trina enjoys writing.
