IINTRODUCTION TO FASCIAL ABRASION TOOLS

This 1 day class covers the basic handling, application, and use of the FAT tool.Healthcare providers will learn techniques using the FAT-Tool to release areas of tissue tension and improve range of motion and quality of movement for their patients. Participants will learn about the role of fascia, the theory and principles of fascial mobilization, how to assess areas of fascial restriction and how to use the FAT tool to achieve release of fascial tension

TREATMENT OF THE RUNNER'S FASCIAL CHAINS

A 2 day live seminar which blends a mixture of lecture and primarily lab. You will learn how to assess and treat the 6 key fascial chains involved in running mechanics for tissue tension, mobility and movement dysfunctions utilizing the Fascial Abrasion Tool as well asspecific fascial stretches to help reinforce your treatment.

TREATING THE RUNNER'S LOWER KINECTIC CHAIN

We all know that you are only as strong as your weakest link but sometimes identifying exactly which link it is and what to do with it can be challenging. In this live 2 day course which is a blend of lecture and lab you will gain a solid understanding of running mechanics, exactly how to assess the kinetic chain with the Joint by Joint Theory 2.0 Algorythm, and how to apply effective joint mobilizations for the pelvis hip, knee and foot in both non-weight bearing and weight bearing functional positions that reflect the gait cycle.

A 2 day class which reviews the the latest evidence for stretching, foam rolling, post recovery, posture, motor control, strengthening and core programs for runners.


Learn movement screens to assess for mobility/stability issues.


Discover an in depth mobility tool box to use with your runners including dynamic warm up exercises, foam roller protocols, post run stretches, neurodynamic stretches, self mobilizations, and fascial stretches
