Classes are September 15-October 8 and will run each week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:45-7:45 p.m.
2 Classes Each Week with a structured workout, including warm-up and WOD (workout of the day), plus class instruction/support for your lifestyle changes. Classes are small so everyone gets individual attention!
A before and after InBody scan to measure accurate body composition and not just a number on a scale.
