Inspire Personal Fitness - the name for me says it all - Inspire- all of the trainers INSPIRE you to do YOUR very best during each work out. The gym is the perfect size for a definite personal touch---it's nice to walk in and the owner knows you by name. The classes are always different, the trainers are knowledgeable and will always give an alternative to an exercise if a member needs it, to me this is huge, this action will greatly reduce the incident of injury.
