Jordan's program was different than other things I've tried in the past because it didn't feel like a program, it came very easy. Jordan makes it super easy to follow and is super easy to talk to and will help cater the program to your specific needs. I knew Jordan's program was helping me make progress towards my goals when I was wanting to make the meals and snacks on the program instead of feeling like it was something I had to do. My body just feels better, which makes me feel better about myself too! :)

Well for starters the first week I lost 7 pounds and my goal for the entire program was 5. I was so shocked. I was also eating smaller portions and still feeling more full than before. I had energy throughout my entire day without an energy drink and I was falling asleep almost instantly at night. I was seeing the results from my workouts that I was looking for and I was able to push myself harder in my workouts.

I really struggled personally during this time with a lot of things. I have gained knowledge about how important my mindset is. I learned the value in eating a variety of foods and now have many recipes to use. I have exercises geared just towards me. Jordan even gave me a lot of mantras to say to combat my anxiety.
