John Fayocavitz is founder and owner of Fitness Aspects. John founded his company in 2011.


He enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, although his passion is working with Mom's and busy Professionals who need to get great results and who also want to improve their overall health and well-being.


John holds a N.A.S.M certification specializing in performance enhancement, strength & conditioning coach, as well as, a Master’s degree in Education with a minor in nutrition. Fitness has always been in John’s life, since playing high school football and track & field.


He has worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years as a personal trainer, coach and educator. He taught health & physical education in both high school and collegiate settings. He was the Head lacrosse coach at the University of Scranton for 10 years winning 2 championship titles, holding the record of most career wins in the University’s history.
